2. Description of Service

BTS Chat is an AI-powered fan entertainment application that simulates conversations with fictional AI characters inspired by BTS members. The Service is intended for entertainment purposes only.

All conversations are generated by artificial intelligence and are entirely fictional.
BTS Chat is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to BTS, BIGHIT MUSIC, or HYBE Corporation.
The AI characters do not represent the real views, opinions, or personalities of actual BTS members.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest (anonymous user) or create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate information.
Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
Not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

4. Star System and Purchases

The Service offers a virtual currency called "Stars" that can be purchased to extend chat usage beyond free daily limits.

Free usage: Guest users receive 3 free messages. Registered users receive 15 free messages per day.
Stars: 1 Star = 1 additional chat message. Stars do not expire.
Purchases: Star packages are available for purchase via Paddle, our authorized payment processor.
Refunds: All purchases are final. Refund requests may be submitted to our support and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Price changes: We reserve the right to modify Star package pricing at any time. Existing purchased Stars are not affected by price changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.
Generate or solicit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates any laws.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Circumvent usage limits or payment requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by BTS Chat. BTS-related names, images, and likenesses are the property of their respective owners. This Service is a fan-created project and operates under fair use for fan entertainment.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All chat responses are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or unexpected outputs. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. Users interact with the AI at their own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BTS Chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, any unused Stars may be forfeited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
